Terms of Service — the short, readable version of how Indicato works

Last updated: February 2026

1. The service

Indicato ("the Service") provides business-intent intelligence: leads, signals and contact data assembled from public records, licensed data providers and web research, scored and delivered through vertical-specific feeds. The Service is provided by Indicato ("we", "us") to the subscribing organization ("you").

2. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Self-serve plans start with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment method; your paid subscription begins automatically on day 8 unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the paid period. Monthly lead credits are included with each plan; additional credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire while your subscription is active.

3. Acceptable use

You may use delivered data solely for your own business development in compliance with applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state telemarketing rules. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly publish the data, use it for consumer credit decisions covered by FCRA, or attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the platform.

4. Data & accuracy

Intent signals are probabilistic by nature. We validate and label our data — including marking inferred values — but we do not warrant that any individual record is accurate, current or complete, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verify independently before acting on any record.

5. Liability & termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States; disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which Indicato is organized.
